Rob Wallace is a 1974 graduate engineer of the University of South Florida in Tampa. A lifelong Florida resident he has been in civil /environmental engineering for over 35 years.  In 1994 he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives serving four terms until 2002.  Mr. Wallace is a small business advocate, exhausted tax payer and fiscal conservative who has concern’s about America’s economic future.
